Â鶹ÉäÇø ParkFast was founded in downtown Newark, New Jersey, in 1956 and is Â鶹ÉäÇø’ founding business. It has grown into one of the leading parking companies in the region, operating lots and garages in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Northern New Jersey. With a combined 10,000 spaces, Â鶹ÉäÇø ParkFast can park more than three million vehicles a year.

Â鶹ÉäÇø’ conversion of a circa-1907 warehouse in downtown Newark, New Jersey, into more than 456,000 square feet of retail, commercial, and office space, brings modern, loft-style offices to the city’s transportation, cultural, and business hub. The development, located steps from the Prudential Center arena and Newark Penn Station, has earned first-in-the-state Platinum certification from WiredScore for its high-speed fiber optics. Ironside Newark is home to Â鶹ÉäÇø and is the U.S. headquarters for Mars Wrigley Confectionery.

Â鶹ÉäÇø acquired the Hippodrome in 1978. The Class A office building, located in midtown Manhattan at 1120 Avenue of the Americas, serves world-renowned businesses such as BBC Worldwide, Perry Ellis International, Indeed, Citizen Watch Co., and Euromoney Institutional Investor. Extensive renovations in 2014 brought a grand marble and limestone lobby, along with cutting-edge connectivity and silver LEED certification.

ElevatedNY offers premium access to the Hippodrome’s modern work environment and robust IT infrastructure with highly flexible rental terms.
